What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and arrange your visit:

• Booking form: name, phone number, optional email, preferred branch and date, and any note you write.
• Contact form: name, phone or email, subject and message.
• Visit statistics: pages viewed, device type, traffic source and clicks on call or WhatsApp buttons. These are counted anonymously and are not linked to your name.
• If you message our Facebook or Instagram page, the conversation is handled under Meta terms and may be read by the clinic staff who answer you.

Medical records

Examination details, prescriptions and reports are created during your visit to the clinic, stored in our internal system, and handled as confidential medical information. They are never published, sold or shared for marketing.

How we use the data

To contact you about your appointment, answer your questions, improve the website, and understand which pages patients find useful. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Third-party services

We use Google Analytics for anonymous visit statistics, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for our pages and messages. Each of them has its own privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting data

Booking and contact messages are kept while they are still useful for following up with you. Medical records are kept for the period required for medical care. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us on the email or phone above.

Children

Children are examined at the clinic with a parent or guardian present, and their data is handled with the same confidentiality.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new update date.
