How to ask us to delete the data we hold about you.

How to request deletion
Send an email to info@dr-ibrahimfathy.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or call 01009063095. Include the name and phone number you used with us so we can find your record.
What gets deleted
Booking requests, contact messages, and any marketing data linked to you. We delete them within 30 days of your request.
What we may keep
Medical records may be kept for the period required by medical practice, and we keep them confidential. Anonymous visit statistics stay because they are not linked to any person.
Facebook and Instagram
If you interacted with our pages, you can also remove the conversation from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. To delete what our systems hold, send us the request above.
